A very nice young looking colt out of a very good mare line.

He has excellent conformation and movements. This colt is bred for performance, and has the bloodlines to prove it. Rideability is bred into him. He has light uphill movements, 3 excellent gaits, good bone and conformation - hard healthy hooves, and he is a flashy Chestnut.

His dam Pirona is a powerful mover doing very well under saddle. She has a good temperament, beautiful strides and is willing to work for you. She goes back to the illustrious 'keur' stallion Farn who sired the “stallion of the century” Nimmerdor.

His sister Verona won the Canadian Warmblood Open yearling filly class. His brother Trudeau is competing in dressage and was Champion at the Equivents Ottawa Summer Classic. He won three firsts and a second.  At the Ottawa Spring Classic Trudeau was Reserve Champion, scoring: Test 1: 65.926% Test 2: 68.529% Test 3: 67.143% and Test 4: 72.222%.  He was winner of the 3 yr old colt class at the CW Open Breed Show, and reserve champion Young Horse.

Balthazar has bloodlines that will make him into an excellent competition horse. He is top quality.
