Raspberry Soufflé Cheesecake

This dessert is a favourite in our home for family gatherings. It is light, fresh, a bit tangy and very tasty. It has a hint of cheesecake flavour without getting the heavier texture, perfect to fill all the little holes once you are finished your meal. Available in different flavours.

Ik hou van jou cake

This cake consists of vanilla cake and homemade buttercream icing. The fondant was made with the glycerine and gelatine recipe. The heart shapes were also formed with the fondant and the remainder of the decorations are buttercream.

YUM cake

This is a homemade vanilla cake. It is quite moist and has a good density, and if you love the flavour of vanilla, then this is the cake for you! The cake was then coated in homemade buttercream and a marshmallow fondant. The marshmallow fondant is a definite hit, to work with and for the tastebuds!

Hoss Cake

This cake was made for a babyshower. The top layer is chocolate and the bottom layer is vanilla cake. There is a homemade raspberry filling in both and it's covered in buttercream icing. The 4 blocks at the front are also the chocolate cake. This chocolate cake is definitely the best cake recipe, so moist and rich, always a huge success. Everything was covered with the marshmallow fondant and buttercream was used for the final touches.

This cake is vanilla with a whipped cream cheese icing. This was one of my first cakes. I was very pleased with how the roses came out.

Green Metal Inc cakes

These cakes were made for my work to celebrate the May and June birthdays of the team members. Both are covered in a marshmallow fondant. The blue cake is homemade vanilla with homemade raspberry filling and buttercream icing. The yellow cake is homemade chocolate cake and homemade chocolate cream cheese icing. Both these cakes were a huge hit!

This cake was made for our Easter family get together. It is a vanilla cake with a chocolate buttercream icing. All the flowers and decorations are made with royal icing. The vibrant colours really stand out against the chocolate frosting

Dutch Apple Pie

All the goodness of apple’s and the yummyiness of pie. Just like Oma used to make it! The pastry is more shortbread like than your typical pie and the filling is delicious with just the right amount of cinnamon and lemon flavour. Raisins can be added if you like. It can be served warm or cold and tastes great with ice cream or whipped cream.
